Another awesome day at camp on Tuesday!  The kids are really working hard and I saw so many high-fives throughout the day, which is fantastic!  Here are some of the things we worked on:

• Plyometrics – jump ropes, crazy balls, ladder jumps
• V-cuts and triple threat
• Ball handling
• Motion offense
• Outlet pass and fast break transitions
• Dribble relay

Remember that Wednesday is Pro Day (wear something from your favorite pro team) and the camp cookout.  We will be serving hot dogs and chips at lunch.  See everyone on Wednesday morning!
